## Dimble 0.3.2

17 October 2026

Pelmet is now Dimble, and your hidden icons can open in a panel.

- Hidden icons can open as tiles in a glass panel under the menu bar. A click on a tile opens that icon's real menu. Type to search, drag a tile to reorder it or onto the bar to show it.
- A new Settings. Menu Bar holds everything about your icons, and General has every shortcut in one place.
- Show when it matters. Battery, Wi-Fi, Focus and Time Machine can stay hidden and come out on their own while they need you.
- Icons stay in their section. When macOS drops a hidden icon on the wrong side of the chevron, Dimble moves it back.
- Any shortcut can be turned off, so another app can have the combo.
- Pelmet is now Dimble. Your settings, permissions and launch at login carry over.

## Pelmet 0.3.1

5 October 2026

Search for any menu bar icon, and Apple's camera controls back when you need them.

- Press ⌥⌘K, type a few letters and press Return. That icon's menu opens, hidden or not, and the icons you open most come first.
- A click on the Camera & mic item opens Apple's own camera and screen sharing controls, which macOS takes off the bar once any icon is hidden.
- A Shortcuts item lists your whole Shortcuts library in one menu.
- ⌃⌥⌘, reveals Always Hidden too.
- The app icon is Liquid Glass, so macOS draws its dark, clear and tinted looks.
- A click on the clock no longer moves your pointer.

## Pelmet 0.3.0

24 September 2026

Your icons stay where you put them.

- The editor is a drawing. Nothing moves in the bar until you press Apply, which lays the whole bar out in one pass.
- One slider sets the gap between menu bar icons, from 1 point to 28.
- Control Center can hide, and so can the clock.
- A hover reveal settles in a few tens of milliseconds instead of a few hundred.
- Updates show up as a banner in Settings and a line in the right-click menu.
